“Felled”

I was walking around where I work today—as it was a beautiful day for January and decided to do a closer study of some trees that were cut down, or felled.

I loved the detail of where the chain must have dug into the wood a bit and got stuck. This in my eyes almost looks like it could be the landscape from some other planet.
